Customers submitting a purchase order agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions set out by AFD. The following terms and conditions supersede any previous terms and conditions and AFD reserves the right to make changes to the website and this document at anytime. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Liability

AFD does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.

AFD Reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

Ordering Method

Whilst we prefer orders be placed through the website we understand that sometimes you may need to talk to a customer service representative.

 AFD will accept orders via phone or email.

Shipping Within Australia 

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: strikes, floods etc.).

Online orders for delivery within Australia are dispatched via Australia Post and arrive within 5-7 working days from dispatch.

A flat rate of $15 AUD applies to all Australian deliveries. 

Orders over $200 receive free shipping within Australia. (some exceptions apply)

If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.

Acceptance Of Goods

The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage and must notify AFD immediately. Goods may be returned providing the garments are unworn with tags in tact and accompanied by the receipt. If you have received an item with a defect please email sales@attitudefordance.com.au with your name, order reference and a description of the problem and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Pricing

AFD reserves the right to change prices without notice.

All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australia Dollars (AUD)

For overseas buyers, your credit card will be billed in Australian dollars and converted into the relevant currencies by your financial institution. 
*AFD will take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand selecting the right style and size online can be a difficult one.

For this reason, we welcome an exchange or full refund ( not including postage charges) on online orders within 14 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original labeling is in tact and items are returned in unworn condition.

This excludes sale items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet been shipped.

Typographical Errors

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, AFD reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.

AFD will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

Colours shown on this website are representative only, however a slight variation may occur in colour. Colours may appear slightly different on the website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
