Studio 7 spats are the final finishing touch to take your costume to the next level.  These spats are elastasized at the top and designed to finish just below the knee. The bottom of the shoe will be exposed to the ground for grip with a single piece of elastic under the arch to keep the spat in place and an elastic edge to cover the shoe.
